We are seeking a talented and passionate Front-End Developer with expertise in Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS to join our dynamic development team. As a Front-End Developer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining user-facing web applications. You must have a solid understanding of modern web development practices, with a strong focus on JavaScript, responsive design, and delivering an excellent user experience.
Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using Next.js and React.
• Implement pixel-perfect UI components using Tailwind CSS for styling and design consistency.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code in JavaScript.
• Collaborate with the design and back-end teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and SEO using Next.js best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth functionality across different browsers and devices.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, with a strong focus on React.js and Next.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), including asynchronous programming, closures, and ES modules.
• Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS or other utility-first CSS frameworks.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with TypeScript in a React/Next.js environment.
• Experience with Git and version control best practices.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and how to implement them within Next.js.
• Familiarity with REST APIs or GraphQL for data fetching.
• Knowledge of SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and Static Site Generation (SSG) in Next.js.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with React Native for mobile application development.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices for building inclusive web applications.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
